I came across Ferentino a month or so ago and ordered a navy suit in a 46. When this arrived I was very impressed with the quality of the product but unfortunately the 46 was too big (or so i thought) so I sent this back and ordered a 44. Their guys were very helpful in doing so and I managed to get the 44 within the week. It since took me well over 7 days to get an appointment with my tailor who stated (annoyingly so) 'you're better getting the 46 and I can then tailor it as opposed to letting the arms out'. I went back to the guys (I have been dealing with Marcus) who sent me the 46 the day I put the 44 in the post. As mentioned in the title, great product and even better customer service... Well done guys!
